CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
Yes. Just remember to initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date. Please initiate your request through our support email. You’re not locked in any contracts with us!
WHAT OTHER FEES CAN I EXPECT?
None unless you exceed the monthly allotment of text, emails and calls.
WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT & HELP CAN I EXPECT?
We offer extensive online ticketing support from our team or you can use our live chat from 7AM CST – 3PM CST seven days a week. You can also use our online help resources, live training sessions, and a library of produced how-to videos.
WHY DO I NEED ONBOARDING?
To ensure that all of our users are setup for success & growth, we’ve made an onboarding and coaching call a pre-requisite. The onboarding is a one-time payment of $297 and you will be provided with two, hour long sessions to fuel your marketing and sales growth strategy.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY NEW FEATURES?
Nope, you’re grandfathered in! We update our app frequently, so you get to enjoy some of the industry’s leading new features as a Persistent Assistant user!
